How long will it take to process my order?
Subject to stock availability. Usually it take 1-3 working days for in-stock item. As for item that out of stock, it will take 2 working days to 2 weeks. |

What is your shipping rate?
Depending on the weight of your order & the shipping adress. The total shipping rate will be calculated by the system and added to the total amount upon checking out.

Do you buy back my empty toner or Ink catridge?
No. We do not remanufacture or refill empty toner / ink cartridge, nor resell it to the remanufacturer.

Does the product come with warranty?
Yes. All unit come with manufacture warranty, unless otherwise stated.

How do I claim for warranty?
Contact us if there is machine breakdown & we will provide phone troubleshooting free of charge. If that doesn't resolve the problem, we will make the necessary arrangement depending on brand and models.
